Plaintiff alleged that while traveling with her supervisor on a business trip to India he sexually pursued her against her will and caused her to fear that she would be sexually assaulted with no one to protect her in a foreign country.
Defendant perpetrator denied any misconduct, however, Winer, Burritt & Scott, LLP, through discovery, was able to produce evidence that indicated that defendant had acted inappropriately and was romantically interested in Plaintiff.
