$3,279,463.60 – Judgment In Favor Of Family In Elder Abuse Case Against Nursing Home

Plaintiff, a woman in her mid 70’s, and her daughter brought an elder abuse case against a nursing home in which the plaintiff was a patient for approximately 15 months. While in the nursing home, the plaintiff developed significant bedsores, which incapacitated plaintiff.

As a result of the extreme neglect, plaintiff required multiple acute hospitalizations to save her from the nursing home’s neglect.
