Abigail J. Mullett

Abby Mullett is an associate attorney at Winer, Burritt & Scott, LLP in their Oakland
office. Abby’s practice focuses on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination,
sexual assault, and civil rights violations in the workplace as well as sexual abuse cases against
health care providers.

Abby takes pride in being able to give a voice to injured plaintiffs and help find a path to
justice and healing. She understands that the healing process is complex and civil litigation is
only one part of that journey. Abby believes in empowering Plaintiff’s to tell their story and
affirms that it is never too late to tell your story.

Abby earned her undergraduate degree in Public Justice from the State University of
New York at Oswego where she graduated magna cum laude. Abby earned her Juris Doctorate
degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While at USF, she was a staff
member of the USF Law Review, and received CALI Awards for being the top student in two of
her law school classes. Abby was also an active board member of multiple student
organizations. She continues to stay involved and is an active member of Consumer Attorneys
of California; Alameda County Bar Association; San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association; and
California Women Lawyers.

In her free time, Abby enjoys running, yoga and all things dogs.
