Plaintiffs alleged defendant perpetrator supervisor sexually touched them and made inappropriate sexual comments despite knowing that Plaintiffs were offended by his actions. Winer, Burritt & Scott, LLP, was retained and took the position that defendant created a hostile work environment for Plaintiffs. Because there were two Plaintiffs making similar claims, the case had a great deal of credibility. A civil complaint was filed and the case was so good that it settled with no formal discovery.
