Plaintiffs alleged defendant perpetrator supervisor sexually touched them and made inappropriate sexual comments despite knowing that Plaintiffs were offended by his actions. Winer, Burritt and Scott, LLP, was retained and took the position that defendant created a hostile work environment for Plaintiffs. Because there were two Plaintiffs making similar claims, the case had a great deal of credibility. A civil complaint was filed and the case was so good that it settled with no formal discovery.
RESULT: $600,000 settlement on behalf of Plaintiffs
